Q: May I install my Chinee series on two different PC's?

A: No, the license is for one seat only. If you need additional licenses, as a regged user, you are entitled to get a 2nd license with a 50% discount.

Q: Where to find my User ID? Where are the back panels of the plugins?

A: It's a common practice of most VST plugins to have a backpanel where version number can be found, and some operations can be undertaken. General speaking, our plugins can be switched to the back panel by clicking on the about box, or the title areas.

Q: I Cannot Register my plugins! It keeps showing up as "unregistered"!

A: First, check if you have follow the instruction comes with the authorization keys. Make sure the keys are entered correctly. Make sure you have a sound device selected from within the host of your choice (or our standalone Small Host.) If you can get the plugins to make sound, then it's ready to accept the regkey. Remember you will need to restart the host for the key to be recognized. If you still encounter any problem with the registration process, contact us directly for further support on the matter.

Q: I Only See a Partial User ID When I Click On the "Register" Button on the Backpanel of the Plugins!

A: Please note 'tis of the utmost importance that you login to Windows and run your host with administrator's privilege, otherwise you won't get a correct User ID and usually you would only see a partial ID "KACS-," missing the latter numeric part. . If you still encounter any problem with the registration process, contact us directly for further support on the matter.

ATTENTION! WINDOWS 7 & SOME VISTA user will need to right click at your host's shortcut and then select "run as administrator" in order to properly use our plugins. It's a necessary step for getting the correct User ID as well.

Q: Why can't I see some of the Chinee plugins in my host?

A: For Cubase/Nuendo users:
Please go to Device - Plugin Information, check the plugins that wasn't selected, then exit and restart Cubase/Nuendo.

For Sonar users: (v7.02 and above)
Please go to Options - Global - VST Plugins and click at the Reset All VST Plugins button, and then click at Scan VST Folders button.

Q: What about Windows 7 compability?!

A:Our plugin will work fine in Windows 7. But please note the following reminders:

1. Our plugins will only run in 32-bit sequencers. So if you use a Windows 7 64-bit OS, you will need to have a 32-bit sequencer installed to use our plugins with.
2. Our plugins will only function properly with administrator's privilege. This means the sequencer will have to be "run as administrator" every time you use our plugins.
